Joshua Brown, CCIM

Joshua is a principal in Haag Brown Medical, which has focused on medical real estate and development intensively in the last two years with successful outcomes. The company has garnered several new relationships and developed numerous medical facilities. HB Medical has a robust pipeline and a desire to be the regional expert on brokering and developing medical related real estate in Arkansas and the contiguous states.

Joshua has helped Haag Brown Commercial be the face of commercial real estate brokerage in Jonesboro for over a decade. The firm has fingerprints on over 50 national retail and restaurant projects in Jonesboro over the past (5) years. He has led the charge for commercial development in the north area of Jonesboro completing over 25 projects in the area since 2010. 

Joshua is one of three Certified Commercial Investment Members in Northeast Arkansas and the youngest to receive the designation in the state. Joshua has been the top commercial broker in sales volume in Northeast Arkansas for the past ten years accumulation over $600MM in brokerage volume. Joshua has been on mission trips all over the world with his local church, Central Baptist in Jonesboro, AR. His adventures has taken him to Dubai, UAE to serve in labor camps and to Assam, India to serve unreached villages needing wells. Joshua can seldom be found too far from his wife Britni, his daughter Alex and his son Lincoln.

Greg Haag, CCIM

Greg has over 30 years of retail investment, brokerage and development experience. As one of four CCIM certified members in Northeast Arkansas, he has developed national retail in Arkansas, Alabama, Florida, Texas, Tennessee, Kansas, Oklahoma, Missouri, Mississippi, and western Kentucky.

Greg has worked for city government and development agencies across the United States performing economic studies called LEAKAGE ANALYSIS. This process takes an in-depth look at the market to see where money is being spent and which retailers the market can support.

Greg has developed several notable retail projects and was named “Arkansas State University College of Business Executive of the Year” in 2015. He is an active member of ICSC and it is not uncommon for Greg to be involved in over 15 projects at any given time.

Corey Fuhrman, Executive Broker

Corey Fuhrman is solely focused on medical real estate in Arkansas and contiguous states. Corey’s role is the Medical Real Estate Specialist at Haag Brown Medical, the regions top producer in medical transactions, totaling over $200,000,000 in transactions over the past decade. What sets him apart is his focus on healthcare. His goal is to be top of mind as a resource for Health Systems, to give them an expert at the table to help implement a real estate strategy.

After graduating from Arkansas State University with his B.S in Financial Management, he began his real estate career at the age of 21. He gained experience servicing pipelines of multiple store openings across the Southern U.S. His passion for helping others and making his clients goals his goals, is shown in his success since his entrance into the industry. 

Implementing short term and long term strategy is vital to the success of any organization. This is especially true with health systems and physicians. Often real estate decisions are reactive rather than proactive. Corey’s goal at Haag Brown Medical is to create a strategic partnership and implement a proactive strategy that aligns with your health system’s core mission.
