Reserve at NEA

Haag Brown Commercial Real Estate & Development is excited to launch a new partnership with NEA Baptist featuring a lifestyle office park. The Reserve at NEA is an 11 - ACRE LIFESTYLE FOCUSED MEDICAL DEVELOPMENT that is a virtual extension of the NEA Baptist Health System Campus.

In 2016, we established The Reserve at Hill Park, the community’s first lifestyle oriented office park.

“The Reserve at Hill Park has been so well received that we are wanting to duplicate the entire project next to the largest master-planned integrated healthcare campus in our trade area. Our belief in quality of life and wellness will be exemplified through this project,” said Joshua Brown.

This premier landscape ties directly into the NEA Baptist Health System Campus and features 6 potential building sites complete with individual patio systems, a multi-use walking trail that encompasses the entire project and connects to NEA Baptist, multiple water features, a lake side pavilion and 3 separate greenspace areas.

The Reserve at NEA is ideal for medical companies who want to be within walking distance of NEA Baptist. The project is the only location in Jonesboro with direct access FOR both pedestrians and vehicles from the hospital.   Phase II of the project will open up restaurant and retail opportunities at the corner of Bridger and Highway 49.

Reserve at Hill Park

Haag Brown Commercial Real Estate & Development recently launched a new concept at Hill Park which is conveniently situated within the Windover Park area in the center of Jonesboro, Arkansas. The Reserve at Hill Park is a 27-acre lifestyle oriented office development complete with a scenic running trail, pavilion and 3-acre lake.

“We spend more time at the office than we do in our own homes. With that in mind, having amenities like a lake, private trail, fishing dock, pavilion, and almost 20 acres of mature trees and wildlife is appealing. The thought of having my bike at the office and leaving in the afternoon for a ride makes me excited... When people think about the Reserve at Hill Park, I want there to be thoughts of biking, running, paddle boarding, hammocks, animals, water and just the outdoors in general.”
